Decision Sprint Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Modicum Atelier Pty Ltd (ABN 39 643 495 121) handles personal information for the Freelancer Decision Sprint. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply, we handle personal information consistently with them. Where they do not apply, this policy still describes the controls promised for this experiment.
Collection notice
We collect contact details, Stripe transaction and receipt metadata, opaque offer reference and source, intake, follow-up and outcome responses, refund or support correspondence, and personal information you include. The website host may process basic request, security, and device data.
Provide only necessary third-party information that you are authorised to share.
How we use information
- qualify the request and reconcile the Stripe payment;
- deliver and support the service, including any stated follow-up;
- handle questions, cancellations, refunds, and legal records;
- measure outcomes and contribution using minimised records;
- protect the service from misuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, add analytics pixels, or add you to marketing without a separate opt-in. The service is delivered manually; we do not submit intake to an AI model.
Service providers and overseas handling
- Stripe processes checkout, payment, fraud checks, receipts, and refunds.
- Website hosting and security: final provider and processing-region disclosure pending. verified host-log retention pending.
- Email delivery and storage: verified provider and processing-region disclosure pending.
Checkout remains disabled until provider, retention, email, and privacy-contact disclosures are configured. Overseas privacy protections may differ from Australia. We minimise information shared with providers.
Retention and security
We delete or de-identify raw intake and follow-up content within 90 days after the engagement closes. The engagement closes 14 days after the initial response, even if no check-in occurs. If work never begins, we delete or de-identify intake within 30 days after cancellation, rejection, or refund is final. Legal or security duties may require longer retention.
Minimal payment, GST, and business records are generally retained for five years or longer if law requires.
Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
Ask to access, correct, or delete information where retention is not required by contacting verified contact pending. We may verify identity first and aim to respond to complaints within 30 days.

If an applicable Australian privacy law provides another complaint path, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

The version presented with your purchase describes the handling promised for that service unless law requires otherwise.
