Freelancer Decision Sprint Terms

1. Eligibility and formation

The service is for Australia-based freelancers and independent consultants aged 18 or over with one live business decision. Purchase is accepted only after Stripe payment is reconciled and we confirm the request is within scope. A confirmation-page visit alone does not create an entitlement.

2. Price and payment

The total price is A$79 AUD including GST, charged once through Stripe before work begins. This is not a subscription and no recurring payment is authorised.

3. What the service includes

It includes the steps described on the accepted offer page and follow-up offered during the 14 days after the initial response. The initial response normally arrives within one business day after payment reconciliation and complete intake.

For cancellation purposes, work begins only when we email to confirm that intake is accepted and manual service work has commenced. Payment collection or a Stripe receipt alone does not mean work has begun.

The engagement closes at 5pm Sydney time on the 14th calendar day after the initial response, whether or not every check-in is used.

4. Manual service and your responsibility

The service is delivered manually. We do not submit intake to an AI model. Provide accurate information, redact unnecessary identifiers, and share only information you are authorised to disclose.

This is general business mentoring, not legal, tax, accounting, financial-product, medical, or mental-health advice. We do not contact or negotiate with your client. No outcome is guaranteed.

5. Cancellation, refunds, and remedies

If we decide at intake that the service is unsuitable, we will not begin work and will issue a full refund. You may cancel for change of mind and receive a full refund if we receive the request before work begins. After work begins, we do not promise a change-of-mind refund.

Contact verified contact pending from the purchase email with the Stripe receipt reference. We initiate an approved or fit-screen refund through Stripe within five business days of the decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property

We handle material under the Privacy Policy. You retain rights in material you provide and receive a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the response in your business. We retain pre-existing methods and general know-how.

7. Misuse and availability

Do not use the service for deception, unlawful conduct, harassment, or harm. We may stop a request that is unsafe, unlawful, outside scope, or cannot be delivered without inappropriate sensitive information; applicable remedies still apply.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where the Australian Consumer Law permits a fair and reasonable limitation, our liability is limited at our option to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again. This does not apply where unlawful.

9. Changes and applicable law

The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. Later changes do not apply retrospectively unless law requires. Australian law applies and mandatory state or territory rights remain.
